Locating the DNS Service interface

DNS Service is provided free when you purchase any Product/Service through Crownhost. In order to view the DNS Service interface, you need to search for the Product/Service you have purchased and access its Order Details view. To do so, follow the simple steps mentioned below:

  1. Login to your Control Panel:

    Resellers do so from http://crownhost.myorderbox.com/reseller.
    Customers do so from http://crownhost.myorderbox.com/customer.
     
  2. Once logged in to your Control Panel,

    <#start reseller#>Resellers, go to Products -> Search -> All Orders.
    Customers, go to Domains -> Search -> All Orders.
     
  3. Fill in the form and click the Search button.
     
    IMPORTANT
     
    • To list all Products/Services you have purchased, leave all text boxes blank and click the Search button.
       
    • Resellers can search for all Orders belonging to their Sub-Resellers by selecting the Search Orders of Sub-Resellers check box.
       
     
  4. Click the Product/Service purchased for the domain name, for which you wish to start using the DNS Service. This will bring up the Order Details view for the specific Product/Service.
     
  5. Clicking the DNS tab will bring up the DNS Service Interface.
